Our online 3D printing service enables you to 3D print your custom part on demand. We offer five 3D printing technologies to transform your 3D files into plastic, metal, and elastomeric parts. Stereolithography (SLA) uses an ultraviolet laser that draws on the surface of liquid thermoset resin to create thousands of thin layers until final parts are formed.

Rapid prototyping via CNC machining delivers high speed, high precision, and robust rapid part manufacturing solutions. You take a block or billet of material and cut away at it with a series of tools and drill bits, removing material to make CNC machined parts or products.
CNC milling cuts shapes out of a metal or plastic material blank that is usually flat, holding dimensions to tolerances as tight as 0.002.
Typically used to create a rounded surface, turning rotates the part when machining the desired shape, whereas milling rotates the tool.
Sheet metal parts are found almost everywhere and HLH can help you quickly and accurately make your enclosures, brackets, assemblies, weldments, cabinets, housings and other sheet metal parts and prototypes. Our MOQ is one and offer options for low/mid volumes.
How It Works – Sheet metal encompasses a wide range of processes to manipulate and shape sheets of metal into the required geometry. HLH use bending, laser cutting, punches, welding and other processes to manufacture your sheet metal parts and prototypes.
